Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Part Time Position

About YCS: YCS is a dynamic mental/behavioral health organization that is growing rapidly. We are seeking a highly motivated, professional BCBA for a part-time position.

Job Summary: We offer a small case-load, minimal travel, and a multidisciplinary team approach. Our BCBA will participate in initial consumer interviews/assessments, conduct functional behavior assessments, and develop behavior support plans and data collection systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in initial consumer interviews/assessments.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments.
  • Develop behavior support plans and data collection systems.
  • Train staff in implementation of behavior support plans and recommended strategies.
  • Monitor and provide support for staff in use of ABA strategies and procedures.
  • Train families in implementation of behavior support plans and recommended strategies.

Requirements:

  • BCBA Certification.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
