Account Management Director

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the retail team at Bubble Skincare to drive growth and development in Ulta, a key strategic account. Your extensive experience in sales planning, combined with your deep understanding of Ulta, will enable you to create and execute a comprehensive account plan that aligns with the brand's overall objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic account plan that guides priorities, marketing campaigns, assortment, merchandising, promotions, and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive ideation, account vision, and building blocks.
• Lead the team in executing the end-to-end process for Ulta 'Style Out' store modular, including pitch meetings, shelf modular planning, and NPD forecasting.
• Partner with marketing to ensure a strong visual presence in-store, in-market, and on social media, while identifying opportunities to maximize marketing ROI and targeting efficiencies.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Account Management or Category Management (brand or retailer side), with a proven track record of growing and developing teams.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
