Job Description

Advanced Provider Fellowship Assistant Program Director Role:

We seek an experienced Advanced Provider with current national board certification and an active state license to practice medicine in the respective state. As the Assistant Program Director, you will support the AP Fellowship Program Director in administration, management, evaluation, teaching, supervision, and precepting of programs at our site.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality education and scholarship;
  • Evaluating fellows using competency-based milestones and direct observation;
  • Mentoring and coaching fellows to achieve their career goals;
  • Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and other regulations.
