Job Description

This Senior Care Supervisor role is critical to our success in delivering high-quality support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

  • Implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and participate in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Supervise a team of caregivers providing support to individuals receiving services.
  • Assist with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care.
  • Duties will be split between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
  • Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of related work experience.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
  • Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
  • Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
