Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Security Operations Center (SOC), you will play a critical role in safeguarding our information assets and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) function, providing direction, guidance, and support in monitoring and responding to security incidents.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans, playbooks, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective incident handling and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to respond to security incidents in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Monitor security alerts and events from various sources, investigate potential security incidents, and escalate as necessary for further analysis and response.
  • Stay current with emerging threats, security technologies, and industry trends to enhance SOC capabilities and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, or related roles, preferably in a SOC environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in security tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations.
  • Proven track record in incident response, including handling security incidents, conducting forensic investigations, and coordinating with external parties.
