We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Leader to join our Pet Care Center team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Pet Care Center, meeting the needs of our guests and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all partners are providing each guest with the best experience possible by helping them find and purchase animals, supplies, and services.
  • Work the cash register and ensure that our merchandise is properly stocked and priced.
  • Lead aspects of the Pet Care Center's business in accordance with Petco operational standards and safety procedures.
  • Coach partners around guest-centric programs such as nutrition standards, companion animal sales, seasonal promotions, and services to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Process register transactions in a way that creates a great experience for each guest.

Requirements:

  • Be a role model within our selling model and support guest interactions as needed.
  • Have a strong interest in animal welfare.
  • Complete and apply training programs to maintain a high level of expertise in their role.
  • Support the overall Omni Guest Experience for the Pet Care Center through execution, training, and coaching partners.
