We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sushi Chef to join our team at Kura Sushi Polaris. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality sushi dishes to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook sushi dishes to order, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
