Our organization is seeking a skilled Resource Specialist to support residents in career development and housing navigation at our Northwest Regional Re-entry Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals successfully re-enter society.

About the Role:

This position involves coordinating with residents to identify their strengths and challenges, develop personalized plans, and refer them to relevant community resources. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with digital technologies, verifying job search and training itineraries, and collaborating with case managers to evaluate resident needs. Additionally, you will help residents access community housing resource programs and assist with housing applications. Other duties may include developing workshops, monitoring computer use, and working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of $27.61 hourly, along with an extensive benefits package. This includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement options, generous vacation and sick time policies, holidays, and tuition assistance. Our aim is to provide a stable and supportive environment for our staff to thrive.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a combination of education and experience in career development, employment services, and housing-related resources. Ideally, you will have at least two years of direct-client case management experience within a justice-involved setting. A strong commitment to providing exceptional service, excellent communication skills, and adaptability are essential qualities for this position.
