About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Medicine, Bilingual Primary Care Physician to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors.

Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing proactive, preventive care to seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, chronic condition management, screenings, and minor injury treatment. You will work collaboratively with our integrated care teams to provide compassionate, personalized care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our patients.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a current and unrestricted medical license or be willing to obtain one in the state of practice. A graduate degree from an accredited MD or DO program is also required. Additionally, you should have basic computer skills, including email and EMR, as well as board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred. Experience managing Medicare Advantage panels and knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators are highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, based on experience, as well as excellent benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, disability, paid time off, holidays, relocation, and sign-on bonus opportunities. In addition, you will have access to a 401(k) retirement savings plan, short-term and long-term disability, and many other benefits that support your whole-person well-being. The estimated salary range is based on national averages and may vary depending on location.
