The Role

">

We're seeking a seasoned Market Development Representative to drive organic growth in our assigned market. As the primary point of contact, you will lead, develop, and mentor a multi-state team of Field and Inside Sales teams. Your strategic guidance will ensure collaborative efforts align with company goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Strategically oversee client funnels to maximize new client volume through multiple channels, emphasizing external relationships and in-market activities, broadcast & digital media advertisement, community engagement, and partnerships.">
  • Partner with stakeholders to refine local and regional referral partner experiences, influencing growth opportunities with managed care organizations, state agencies, and other entities responsible for referrals.">
  • Pursue new growth avenues in adjacent service channels, aligned with our company's overall growth strategy.">
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives, including opportunity identification, measurement, and investment analysis.">
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deploy strategies that effectively serve external stakeholders, positioning Help At Home for growth.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or relevant credentials a plus.">
  • 10-15 years of experience in business growth-focused roles, such as sales, talent recruitment, account management, distribution channel management, strategic partnerships, marketing, or business leadership, with accountability for growth.">
  • Previous experience in sales, the home care or healthcare industry valuable but not necessary.">
  • Experience in team leadership and management.">
  • A proven track record of developing successful market strategies.">

Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on location and qualifications).

Travel Requirements

Frequent travel within the assigned market areas, using auto and public transportation, is necessary for Partner and Community responsibilities.
