We are seeking experienced roof technicians to join our team of independent contractors. As a roofing specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting high-rise roofs and providing detailed documentation of your findings.
Hancock Claims Consultants Technicians offers a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs to work on a variety of assignments, including steep and high roof damage assessments, exterior and interior damage evaluations, and underwriting property inspections.
We use technology to assess the extent of damage to a property and prevent further damage until permanent repairs can be completed. Our proven process includes rapid catastrophe response and direct inspections, ensuring high-quality claims support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, technical ability to complete inspections in varied weather conditions, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Roofing and construction-related backgrounds, as well as insurance claims experience, are a plus but not required.
Requirements include a reliable truck or SUV with a 32-foot ladder, the ability to complete inspection documentation via a Hancock-approved device, and knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook and Teams. HAAG Certification is a bonus, and we encourage candidates to pursue any necessary certifications to become part of our contractor pool.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
