Job Title: Support Services AssistantEstimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per yearThis role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide administrative support to our office team. As a Support Services Assistant, you will be responsible for handling office tasks, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with data entry.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining files.
- Coordinate crew and job scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
- Enter accurate and detailed information into our system.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
