With a salary range of $32.19-$48.28/hour, this role offers a competitive compensation package that includes up to $4.25/hour differential pay & shift pick up incentive, student loan repayment, and a comprehensive benefits package.
About the RoleIn this dynamic position, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the organization. You will maintain the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit, facilitating the coordination of patient care within the interdisciplinary care team and providing patient education to ensure safe patient discharge.
Key Responsibilities- Performs daily rounds on all patients, ensuring quality customer service by coordinating and taking action on any requirements not met.
- Develops a plan of care based on assessment that reflects the patient's physical, psychological, social, educational, developmental, and rehabilitative needs.
- Assesses the patient's condition and nursing needs, sets goals, and prescribes appropriate nursing actions to meet those goals and the physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs of the patient, including discharge planning.

Requirements- A valid nursing license is required; prior experience in a medical-surgical or critical care setting is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 90 days of start date.
