About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Resource Coordinator to join our team at Southcoast Health System. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staff assignments and staffing levels to ensure optimal patient care
  • Provide guidance and support to new staff members during their orientation
  • Collaborate with directors, managers, and patient care teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years clinical experience in a relevant setting
  • Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
