Job Description

As a key member of our team at Asesoria de Inmigracion, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important documents.
  • Utilize computer literacy skills for data entry and document preparation.
  • Assist in other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • MUST be Bilingual (fluent ENGLISH and SPANISH).
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create a welcoming environment.
  • Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to type efficiently for data entry and correspondence tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a mid-to-fast-paced environment.
