Medical Aesthetic Nurse Specialist

- Perform thorough post-operative patient assessments
- Utilize excellent customer service skills, active listening, and conflict resolution to de-escalate and problem solve in real-time
- Assess wounds as needed and report complications to the surgeon and management team
- Maintain extreme attention to detail and organization
- Oversee quality control of charting, patient experience, and quarterly drills
- Manage physician peer reviews
- Conduct follow-up calls with patients post-operatively to assess their condition
- Collaborate with the clinical manager on reportable incidents, AAAHC accreditation, patient escalation, and daily staff duties
- Participate in the operating room with the surgeon for a minimum of one day per month to maintain understanding of the entire patient experience
- Use of communication devices, computers, and related instruments while interacting with patients, caregivers, physicians, and staff
- Vision and hearing acuity
- Prolonged standing and walking in a fast-paced environment
- Lifting up to 25 pounds
- A.D.N. or B.S.N. from an accredited College of Nursing
- Pass the NCLEX-RN exam in the state of desired practice
- At least 3 years of experience as an RN
- Experience in a cosmetic surgery center is beneficial
Salary: $35.04-$43.80 per hour, depending on experience.
This is a Non-Exempt position. For Full-time employees, the Benefits Package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, EAP, PTO, and paid holidays.
