Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fidelity Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and/or substance use services, experience with fidelity monitoring, and a commitment to promoting high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with program managers and staff to assess fidelity to evidence-based practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to staff members to enhance their understanding of program models and best practices.
  • Conduct fidelity assessments and observations to monitor adherence to program protocols and identify areas for intervention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address fidelity challenges and promote fidelity to program models.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to staff members to enhance their skills and competencies in delivering evidence-based interventions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
  • Licensure or certification as a mental health professional (e.g. LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a mental health setting, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices and fidelity monitoring.
  • Experience providing coaching, training, and support to staff members preferred.
