Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice and support to internal clients on a variety of legal matters, including day-to-day commercial and corporate generalist work.
- Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements with sophisticated clients, vendors and third parties.
- Stay informed on current and to-be-released company products to ensure appropriate product descriptions and legal terms are included in contracts.
- Identify risks and provide legal counsel to internal clients and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a well-regarded law school and at least 4+ years of relevant experience in corporate/commercial practice of a US law firm and/or in-house. Experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements is also required. Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal and compliance matters are essential.
