Job Description:

The Regional Sales Director is a seasoned energy industry professional responsible for driving electricity and natural gas sales in the large commercial and industrial market. This role involves developing, maintaining, and retaining a portfolio of satisfied, long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth in the C/I market through strategic account management and relationship-building.
  • Achieve and exceed new business acquisition, retention, and other established goals.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Freedom Energy Logistics brand through various media platforms, community, and business events.
  • Identify customer goals and objectives, including risk tolerance and sustainability requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Manage call and activity lists, update sales databases, and follow procedures for pricing requests, client enrollment, and internal documentation.
  • Advocate for clients, deliver exceptional service, and perform other general administrative responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of energy sales experience.
  • Computer savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office, and comfortable using Excel.
  • Previous track record of success, including over-achievement of quota.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage a pipeline of prospects to execute on sales strategy.
  • Experience selling a solution, not just a product.
  • Focused attention to detail, 100% honesty, and integrity.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance to reach client sites.
