Job Summary

The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture is seeking a highly skilled Program Technician - Leadership to support two critical programs promoting careers and career experiences for college and high school students in Agricultural-technology (Ag-tech) and Extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies for University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service (UADA CES) leadership programs.
  • Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor online presence.
  • Design and produce publications such as newsletters, brochures, and reports.
  • Update and maintain websites related to leadership programs, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
  • Prepare program evaluations to assess effectiveness and gather participant feedback.
  • Coordinate logistics for seminars, workshops, meetings, and other events related to leadership programs.
  • Assist in preparing materials and resources for seminars and meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall program goals and initiatives.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related area of study is required.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
