As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative endovascular devices to vascular specialists in the assigned territory.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the medical device industry, excellent clinical knowledge of peripheral vascular devices, and a proven track record of success in sales. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell Endologix's endovascular devices to vascular specialists in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote Endologix's products and services.
  • Collect and report competitive information to Marketing.
  • Prepare periodic reports, including weekly call reports, weekly expense reports, and other reports as assigned.
  • Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales proposals/contracts for orders obtained and perspective orders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 3-5+ years of med device sales experience (peripheral vascular/IR/vascular surgery).
  • High-level of success/track record.
  • Strong relationships in the space.
Compensation:
  • Base: $100K.
  • Commission/Variable: Uncapped.
  • Avg Total Comp: $300K+.
Benefits:

  • Expense account that covers all necessary travel.
  • 401K program with Deerfield management matching $2,500.
  • Stock in the company with value when the company goes public.
Location:
  • Territory Parameters: Northeast (open for discussion - all based on where candidate has relationships).
  • Acceptable Candidate Location: Boston or within 1hr of the city.
