Salary
The pay package for this position includes a competitive hourly rate of $60.50 per hour, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, as well as a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Job Description
As a Polysomnographic technologist, you will study patients' sleeping patterns and assist sleep physicians in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea and narcolepsy. Your responsibilities will include obtaining patients' medical histories, determining which sleep tests are necessary, and explaining sleep study procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid certification as a polysomnographic technologist
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
