Regional Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales goals and profitability.
- Lead and direct a sales team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure maximum performance.
- Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Manage and monitor business activities, ensuring actions align with job descriptions and responsibilities.
- A newly designed training program to ensure recent hires have the right resources and tools for success.
- Valuable hands-on experience with our dealers, focused on selling and customer service.
- Paid on-the-job training, in-depth product knowledge sessions, and online courses.

- 401k plan eligibility and vacation time.
- Company vehicle provided and career advancement opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.
- Minimum 5 years professional sales experience, with 3 years in sales management.
- Experience selling consumer products to independent dealer customers, preferably with custom products.
- Willingness to travel 50-60% for overnight assignments.
