Role Overview

The position of Senior MEP Construction Manager at Michael Page is a key role in our team, responsible for overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects from bid preparation to final client acceptance.

About the Role

  • Lead and mentor project team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and manage submittal processes and activities to meet project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with critical subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Implement safety and quality control measures to maintain high standards.
  • Manage budgets accurately, forecasting and tracking expenses effectively.
  • Process change orders efficiently to minimize delays.
  • Oversee vehicle, equipment, and tool management to optimize resources.
  • Coordinate BIM processes to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
  • At least 10 years of construction experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints.
  • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
