New Home Sales Opportunity

Lennar Homes is seeking an experienced sales consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding potential homeowners through the home buying process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs
  • Sell Lennar homes and promote our communities to potential customers
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics
  • Maintain accurate communication records and follow up with customers throughout the sales process

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools
