Job Summary:

MPW Services is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic Specialist to join our team. As a Diesel Mechanic Specialist, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with heavy equipment.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential problems.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to complete large-scale repairs.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in diesel mechanics or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment systems and components.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in diesel mechanics or a related field.
  • Experience with hydraulic systems and electrical diagnostics.
  • Certification in diesel mechanics or a related field.
