Youth Ministry Leadership Opportunity

  • Provide visionary leadership to the Youth Ministry (6th-12th grade)
  • Primary preacher/teacher for Youth Group
  • Develop and maintain a calendar of events for Youth Group
  • Recruit and develop a team of youth volunteers
  • Encourage creativity by fostering an ideas-oriented environment
  • Lead the team at a realistic pace, allowing for personal growth and development
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders

In addition to these primary responsibilities, the successful candidate will oversee the youth department by developing a small groups ministry approach, recruit volunteers and build multiple teams, and develop strategic plans for the department in alignment with the overall church mission, vision, values, and strategies.
