Deployment Hardware Specialist

The Refresh Initiative:

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Refresh Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, unboxing, and accepting new hardware into ServiceNow, decommissioning outdated equipment, documenting the process, and deploying new hardware along with cable management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploying new hardware to clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Decommissioning outdated equipment, adhering to company protocols for responsible disposal.
• Documenting the entire process, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient deployment of hardware, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to deploy 8-10 machines per day, maintaining a high level of productivity.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with hardware deployment, cable management, and ServiceNow.
• Adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
