Hematology Oncology Infusion Nurse Specialist

Requirements:
- A Nursing degree/diploma is required upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License must be obtained upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification is required upon hire.
- Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered.

Estimated Salary Range: $42.67 - $67.54 per hour, based on location and experience. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, or bonus opportunities.
