Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct sales assistance to athletes, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.
  • Deliver omni-channel requests in line with Under Armour's process and policy, providing a seamless digital experience.
  • Model the UA service culture and customer expectations, consistently delivering a unique experience that sets us apart.
  • Maintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets, ensuring our stores are always neat, clean, and well-presented.
  • Comply with Under Armour's policies and procedures, adhering to our dress code and attendance policies.
Requirements:
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in local language.
  • Proficient in use of computers and other technology.
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
