Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist in our elementary school setting, you will be responsible for managing caseloads, providing direct and indirect services, working collaboratively with students and educators, and staying up-to-date with best practices in occupational therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized plans for students, incorporating their unique needs and goals
  • Work closely with educators and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of occupational therapy services
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create detailed reports to inform treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure clear understanding of progress and expectations

Requirements:

  • Current Ohio OT/COTA license
  • Pediatrics experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing needs, and prioritize tasks efficiently
