Training Compliance and Quality Assurance Specialist

Collabera is seeking a highly skilled Training Compliance and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our employees receive comprehensive training on the Learning Management System (LMS) and quality system training program.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning delivery techniques and principles, as well as experience working in a regulated industry such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
You will provide subject matter expertise on the learning process, including the LMS, to other functional areas within the company. Additionally, you will ensure effective communication, monitoring, and promotion of learning activities.
This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You must also be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Support the administration of the LMS and quality system training program to ensure employee training meets quality standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise on the learning process to other functional areas.
- Ensure effective communication, monitoring, and promotion of learning activities.
- Liaise with division, managers, and team leaders to continuously improve learning processes and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Engineering, Human Resources, Business, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a regulated industry, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Familiarity with federal and other regulations, such as QSR's, ISO 13485, CMDR, IVDD/IVDR.
- Knowledge of adult learning delivery techniques and general principles of adult learning.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
