ERM is seeking a highly skilled Geoscientist to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a key member of our consulting firm, you will work on a variety of projects related to groundwater modeling, hydrogeology, and environmental sustainability. Your expertise will be essential in developing 3D geological models, conducting hydrogeologic evaluations, and supporting field work.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement groundwater modeling strategies using MODFLOW/MT3D and other codes.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical resources to drive project success.
• Support data visualization and reduction efforts using data analytics tools.
• Participate in field work, including hydraulic testing, well installation, and sample collection.
• Prepare and present project data to internal and external clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in geology, geological engineering, or hydrogeology.
• Experience with groundwater modeling and hydrogeology.
• Proficiency in MODFLOW/MT3D and other modeling codes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
