We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team in the School of Professional and Continuing Studies.

This full-time position involves cooking food according to company recipes and standards, taking customer orders, and ensuring proper presentation and serving temperatures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepares and cooks food according to company recipes and standards.
  • Customer Service: Represents the company in a courteous and efficient manner, greets and serves customers quickly, ensuring satisfaction and resolving complaints.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintains cleanliness and order of equipment, supplies, and utensils, adheres to sanitation and safety principles in handling food and equipment.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous work experience as a cook
  • Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
  • Knowledge of sanitation regulations
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent communication skills

The salary range for this position is estimated at $40,800 - $45,760 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and a 52-week year. The University offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision, and a pension plan.
