Pavement Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Painting Crew Lead/Pavement Maintenance Technician to join our team at EverLine Coatings and Services. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, including line painting, asphalt crack filling, and seal coating.
Responsibilities- Operate specialized equipment to apply materials on pavement surfaces
- Plan and facilitate the production of high-quality projects
- Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free job site
- Local full license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience in line painting or machine painting
- Ability to read drawings/blueprints for new layouts of paint projects
- Self-motivated and critical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting
