About the Member Experience Advocate Role

We are seeking a skilled Member Experience Advocate to join our team. As a Member Experience Advocate, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Resolve customer inquiries via telephone in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Accurately document customer interactions in our Facets system.
  3. Work collaboratively with other departments and team members to achieve goals and objectives.
  4. Maintain a high level of quality performance and adhere to established standards.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • HIPAA and health insurance policies knowledge.
