Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team at FloForm Countertops. As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, qualifying leads, and providing information on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate customer contact and qualify leads for In-Home Sales Consultants
  • Maintain in-store kiosks and run on-site information sessions
  • Engage customers by hosting a booth in big box store kiosks and presenting brochures and samples
  • Assist with set up and tear down of display and have reliable transportation
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn other software programs
  • Ability to solve problems as they arise and handle challenging situations with diplomacy and respect
  • Effective verbal communication skills and basic mathematical skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and goals independently
  • Able to lift 50lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods of time
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and a clear criminal record check
