Staff Nurse II

As a Staff Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a highly skilled and compassionate nurse who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care that requires highly specialized nursing skills
- Supervise the performance of other patient care activities in an assigned area
- Work under general supervision from a designated supervisor
- Develop and implement patient care plans that prioritize patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in Illinois
- One year of nursing experience comparable to that gained as a Staff Nurse I
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
