Nuclear Medicine Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at The Christ Hospital Cardiovascular Associates. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical duties involving the use of imaging equipment and the administration of radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients, ensuring accurate dosing and administration.
- Operate imaging equipment, including gamma cameras, diagnostic computers, dose calibrators, and survey meters, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Perform quality control and maintenance tasks on imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of patient procedures, including dose slips, patient records, and radiation safety logs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program or equivalent experience.
- Current licensure with the State of Ohio and certification with either the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Nuclear Medicine (ARRT-N) or the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
