Nurse Practitioner Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Ascension Saint Agnes in Baltimore, Maryland. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment.
Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated salary for this position is $34.00-$46.92 per hour, with the possibility of additional compensation based on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleThis Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to post-acute care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association required prior to hire date.
- Registered Nurse credential from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.
- Advanced Life Support certification from the American Heart Association preferred.
