Key Responsibilities:

The National Sales Trainer plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance across Nutramax, aligning with our mission, core values, and leadership model principles.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales training programs utilizing the Precise Selling methodology and standardized product training.
  • Collaborate with sales management and product experts to ensure alignment between training initiatives and sales strategies.
  • Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and training opportunities across the sales organization.
  • Foster a sales culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Sales Performance Goals:

  • Demonstrate ability to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Grow key veterinary clinic accounts.

Training Initiatives:

  • Design and deliver effective learning materials using adult learning techniques and instructional design principles.
  • Maintain regular communication with sales team management regarding team member performance.
  • Develop metrics to assess return on investment (ROI) of sales training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of direct veterinary clinic sales experience with a demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Advanced customer service and time management skills.
  • Outstanding coaching and mentoring capabilities with a track record of developing sales teams.
  • Ability to measure performance and assess training effectiveness through metrics.

Salary and Benefits:

Nutramax Laboratories offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. The company also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
