We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Abode Care Partners, a leading provider of integrated medical services. As a Nurse Practitioner with our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs. You will be responsible for examining and treating chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, and accidents, as well as ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed.
As part of our interdisciplinary care team, you will collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans and ensure that patients receive the highest level of care possible. Your strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment will be essential in providing exceptional patient care and meeting the needs of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care by examining, treating, and evaluating patient medical needs
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and be actively licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in your state. You should also have current National Board Certification and active DEA licensure. A minimum of five years of nursing experience, including at least two years of nurse practitioner experience, is preferred.
In addition to your clinical expertise, you should possess excellent time management skills, strong knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations, and proficiency in medical instruments and equipment. The ability to engage in moderate physical activity and drive a valid automobile with insurance is also required.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $90,000 - $108,000 per year, depending on experience.
