Restaurant Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Restaurant Facilities Manager - Maintenance Tech to join our team at SoHo Bistro & Lounge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our restaurant and nightclub facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the facilities, including the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms
- Address facility issues promptly, utilizing your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Requirements:
- A mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks
- Great attention to detail and ability to maintain a safe and pristine environment
- Takes pride in craftsmanship and quality of work
Work Schedule:
- Part-time, approximately 8-20 hours per week
- Availability: Must be available after 4 PM, with flexible days
