Required Education/Experience

+ A Bachelor's Degree accompanied by 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the energy sector, electric vehicle industry, utility sector, or other pertinent fields.

Preferred Education/Experience

+ A Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, energy-related disciplines, or economics, along with 5 years of business experience in energy, electric vehicles, or the utility sector.

Relevant Work Experience

+ Proven capability to analyze and distill data into actionable business insights, effectively communicating findings through both oral and written formats. Required.

+ Comfort in navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Required.

+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize, analyze, and address complex strategic and tactical challenges. Required.

+ At least 1 year of specialized experience in utility electric vehicle programs, including strategy development, program design, forecasting, and reporting. Preferred.

+ Experience in leading the execution of intricate projects. Preferred.

+ Background in managing direct reports within a dynamic setting. Preferred.

+ Experience presenting to senior leadership. Preferred.

+ Familiarity with New York State energy policies and regulatory frameworks. Preferred.

+ High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred.

+ Experience collaborating with diverse teams to align stakeholders around business solutions, guiding them through implementation to achieve business outcomes. Preferred.

+ Established leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to drive results through stakeholder collaboration and consensus-building. Preferred.

+ Strong communication, presentation, writing, and analytical skills. Preferred.

+ Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a broad perspective while paying attention to detail. Preferred.

+ Capacity to make decisions in real-time under pressure. Preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

+ A valid Driver's License is required.

Additional Physical Demands

+ Must be prepared to respond to company emergencies by performing System Emergency Assignments to restore service to customers.
