Job Title: Human Resource Payroll Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees.

Responsibilities:

* Administer bi-weekly/monthly payroll, including salary, bonuses, and adjustments.
* Ensure accuracy of payroll data, including timekeeping, deductions, and benefits.
* Process garnishments, tax levies, and other wage-related items.
* Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
* Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, including tax filings and year-end documents (W-2s, 1099s).
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and company policies.
* Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
* Provide guidance on payroll policies, procedures, and related matters.
* Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration or a related role.
* Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
* Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and employment laws.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.

Certifications:

* Professional Payroll Certification (e.g., CPP) is a plus but not required.
* Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
