Speech Language Pathologist PRN Opportunity

South River Healthcare Center is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN basis. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of our residents through therapy.

About the Role:

  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents with communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
  • Administer and interpret specialized speech tests, and provide instruction to residents, families, and caregivers on safe swallowing techniques and diet recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the rehab team to relay clinical findings and make recommendations for patient care.
  • Opportunity to treat at multiple locations, serving the diverse needs of residents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License.
