As an Educational Enrichment Leader, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an after-school instructor for our 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade enrichment program in literacy and STEM.

Our students are highly motivated and eager to learn, and we are looking for someone who shares their love and excitement for education. If you are a creative and innovative individual who is passionate about inspiring students to reach their full potential, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in a small group setting
  • Develop and implement curriculum materials that meet the needs of our students
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure that everyone is informed and involved
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in education

Requirements:

  • BA or BS degree in Education or a related field
  • Experience working with students in a small group setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of students
