About the Role

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at one of our facilities in Massachusetts.

This is a full-time, ongoing position that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to adult, adolescent, and child patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide milieu therapy, individual counseling, and group therapy sessions to promote patient growth and well-being.
  • Conduct initial psychological assessments and maintain accurate records of patient progress.
  • Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in crisis intervention techniques and provide support to patients and families during challenging situations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field.
  • Experience in mental health therapy or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.
