At El Hogar Community Services, Inc., we are seeking a highly qualified Mental Health Program Director to lead our Sierra Elder Wellness Program (SEWP) Outpatient Mental Health Program. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our outpatient mental health programs, ensuring high-quality services that meet the unique needs of this population. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing program policies and procedures, providing leadership and guidance to staff, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes client well-being.

We offer a competitive salary range of $91,720-$94,472 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include 13 paid holidays, 15 paid vacation days, 2 floating holidays, and 12 paid sick days annually, as well as long-term and short-term disability insurance and basic life insurance.
