About the Role

As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our members, helping them achieve their financial goals, and promoting our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.\
  • Process new accounts, loans, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.\
  • Cross-sell and promote our products and services to increase revenue and improve member satisfaction.\
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.\
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide expert advice to members.\
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and stay current with changing regulations and technologies.\
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners to promote a positive work environment and achieve business objectives.\
  • Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.\
  • Maintain a high level of productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the achievement of business goals and objectives.\
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.\
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous experience in a financial institution or related field is preferred.\
  • Salary range: $23.3447 - $29.1809 per year.\
  • This role requires a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration, which must be maintained in compliance with the SAFE Act.\
  • The successful candidate will be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.\
  • The job is primarily performed within a cubicle office setting, subject to standard background noise found in a call center environment.\
  • Physical demands include prolonged sitting and standing, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.\
  • NMLS registration is required.\
  • Please note that staff is expected to perform various tasks, projects, and administrative duties as assigned.\

  • The salary listed above is based on the estimated annual salary range for this position in the United States.\
